Italian chef Duc Tan Arrigoni is the new head chef at Ackermannshof Restaurant & Bar and will continue the culinary focus on southern cuisine.
Influenced by his time working in renowned Michelin-starred restaurants in Italy and Paris, he brings not only sound technical skills but also a clear culinary vision. Duc Tan combines classic techniques with innovative, seasonal ingredients to create an unforgettable taste experience. His dishes reflect his pursuit of perfection and culinary excellence.

At his side is Maria Vittoria Mascioli, who acts as his deputy head chef. Maria also has training and experience in Michelin-starred gastronomy and shares her partner's vision. With her keen sense of taste and aesthetics, she perfectly complements the chef's profile.
